Refunded within 14 days, no questions asked. If Pro is not right for your lists, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you get your money back in full.
How to ask for a refund
- Reply to the receipt email sent by Paddle, or use the help link on that receipt (paddle.net);
- or write to us at [email protected] with the order or transaction number from the receipt.
No reason is required. The refund is made by Paddle to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
After a refund
The pass is closed: Pro downloads, the 25,000-row limit and the heat map go back to the free version on every browser. The free tool keeps working as before.
Before you buy
The map, the column check and the corrections are free: try your own list first, and see how many addresses are placed, before paying.
Right of withdrawal
As Pro is digital content supplied right after payment, the law allows the statutory withdrawal period to be waived. Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies in any case, on top of your statutory rights. Details in the terms.
